I hope you don't mind but I have a bit of (hopefully) constructive criticism. I just watched a video workshop you did about character design on Youtube. Your artistic talent and creativity are beyond question, but drawing and teaching are two different skills.

When it comes to teaching, or even speaking, you are in great need of studying the "FUNDAMENTALS", Ironically enough; being that you use that word so much.

In all honesty, listening to you talk makes me want to rip my hair off. Beginning with the overuse of "you know", to every single no-no in the book of proper communication, such as stuttering, improper grammar, unfinished sentences, going off-topic, representing yourself as highly accomplished and professional, yet allowing your diction to be extremely poor, and so forth.

Again, sorry to be so critical, but it seems hypocritical to emphasize fundamentals so much for everyone else, but not for yourself when it comes to speaking.

In closing, allow me to "poison the well" a bit: If you are not as committed to teaching as you are to art, you may get defensive about this comment; but if that's not the case, you will do a bit of self-examination and even seek some help from those who have mastered the craft of teaching and/or public speaking. After all, people go to College for several years to learn how to do it right... you know?

Cheers!
