I really love the dynamic of the 3/4 back shot (great wings), but I think I prefer seeing the face better. Great sketches, as always.

I hear ya.....thanx for the insight. Funny thing is after I delivered these I was told for tshirt world they NEVEr use back shots..... who would have never known.

Too bad none were used. As for never using a back shot, I bet if the 3/4 back shot had its head turned more towards us...wait, is an eagle flexible enough to do that without it looking like it's broken its neck?

yes brids can turn their necks like that...I am not quite sure but it has to do w/their vertebrae structure...
regardless..its not the head...its the "butt" as they say. Anyway the eagles will be in the next line. I will post the catalog pics soon
