Artist's Comments

Character design is not just about finding the right shape..its also about finding the character.... for this reason when I have the time I like to do several pose and attitude sketches, usually relatively small allowing me to explore the shapes of the character and see if it will work for production(these sketches are no bigger then about 3 inches...) ALthough they are personal sketches I still think about the potential of the design in production(Actually did these while killing time @ my booth @San Diego Comic Con 2006....) and yes...these are in my new book....

through me directly...but amazon may be cheaper......
