Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

A mage's abilities are:supernatural strength,able to cast magic spells,able to survive for a long period of time.
Her staff/rod appears when shes battling with someone.

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. I also find it extremely helpful while i'm drawing and i'm having a particularly hard time drawing a hand or a foot in a certain position i will stop for a

David Colman's Doodles Volume II

Well.....I have run into many of my fans @ conventions, received tons of emails and messages online, all wondering when my next self published book will hit the shelves... Well I am proud to say that in Feb 2009 David Colman's Doodles Volume II will be released ..... Unlike my Art of Animal Character Design, this is more like a sketchbook, filled w/all sorts of goodies. It is not instructional but more inspirational consisting of development from Class of 3000 and Open Season(yes I got my license agreement), sketches from the zoo and life drawing class and lots of misc drawings,paintings,sketches, and designs
Its 6x9 landscape hardcover format, FULL COLOR!...and its 115 pages. Best part....its only $20 bucks. Now it wont be widely available, only through my site, conventions I exhibit @ ..and a few local comic shops. Here's the deal though...if you order it from MY SITE I will sign it and do a quick sketch on the inside cover. I have never offered that before....I dont sign my animal design book....so this time I am doing something nice for all my loyal fans.
When I start taking PREORDERS I will announce it, however the first place it will hit the public street will be @New York Comic Con Feb 6, 2009. I am very proud of this book and I promise it will blow people away, especially all of those who only think I do animals......the animal guy, I hear that alot....a compliment and it is "my thing" but this sketchbook will prove otherwise. You ask..."Why Volume II?" Well there are a few David Colman Doodles Volume I's floating around out there....a 36 pager black and white 6x9 portrait format book.....it was the REAL first book I put out.....but Volume II trumps that 10 fold.
